Volvo 960 Sedan Is Dusty In China

A very pretty yet very dusty Volvo 960 sedan, seen at a small car repair shop in north Beijing in 2016. The good Volvo was dirty and dusty with partially deflated tires, but overall in a fine shape. License plates are of Sichuan Province,  some 1800 kilometers by road. That’s like a super market run in a Volvo, is it not?

Volvo C30 Art Car With A Matching License Plate In China

An arty farty Volvo C30, seen in front of Volvo shop in Sanlitun embassy district in 2011. The good, or perhaps poor, Volvo was wrapped in a very bright and colorful wrap, looking like a real art car. The bonnet is very busy with a sea and a sun and a sky.

Volvo 850 Turbo Need Some Love In China

A dark blue Volvo 850, seen in the 798 art district in Beijing. The good Volvo was still used as a daily driver and that is always a great thing. It was in a reasonable shape but in dire need of some love and maintenance.  The Volvo 850 was manufactured from 1991 until 1997 with a facelift in 1994. Our blue Swede is a facelifted example, with the new grille, bumpers, and alloys.
