The Roewe Whale Is A Strange And Rare Chinese SUV-Coupe

A super rare Roewe Whale, seen in the south of the Chinese capital Beijing. As the name may imply, the design of the whale was inspired by the fishy whales. The front is a whale’s head: the grille is the baleen and the top lights are the eyes. The shape of the roof was inspired by a humpback whale.

Roewe RX3 Is A Very Red Crossover SUV In China

A Roewe RX3 crossover SUV, seen in front of a Roewe dealer in Beijing in November 2017. The RX3 was brand new and painted in a very tasty shade of red. The heavily chromed grille was a good shiner in the early winter sun.

Roewe 750 Is “British Old Fashion” In China

Advertisement seen in a shop in the Sanlitun area in Beijing, frequently visited by foreigners. I saw it back in 2011 but the shop still exists today. A Chinese company offered a Roewe 750 for rent, describing the poor car as ‘British Old Fashion’. That must hurt! But it was not totally untrue.

Roewe W5 Is A Chinese-Korean SUV

A white Roewe W5, seen in a cold winter’s day in south Beijing. The W5 was a mid-size luxury SUV that was produced between 2011 and 2017, with a facelift in 2014. Our W5 is an original pre-facelift car. The good Roewe was in a fine shape, painted in white with the plastics intact and fitted with the factory wheels.
