A second generation Acura RDX, seen in Beijing in the winter of 2017. The big Japanese SUV looked great in white with gray alloy wheels and darkened windows. Acura’s of any kind are rare in China, so I was quite happy to see the RDX.

A cool Acura RL sedan, seen in China in 2018. The RL looked great in black with darkened windows, black wheels, black mirrors, and black bumpers. Only the grille and some trim were spared from the blackness.
A super speedy Acura NSX, seen at a car repair shop in Shunyi District in Beijing in 2016. The good Acura was in a good overall condition but it looked a bit dirty and a bit tired, like it had been ignored for a time too long. Happily, mechanics were working on the car while I was there, so I guess it came back on the road again.

Beijing is a very dusty city. Leave your car out in the open for a few days and it is covered in a thick layer of dust. Wait a bit longer, especially in spring when dust storms are common, and you get this. This is an otherwise fine Acura TL sedan, painted in black with sporty 5-spoke wheels.
