Beijing is a very dusty city. Leave your car out in the open for a few days and it is covered in a thick layer of dust. Wait a bit longer, especially in spring when dust storms are common, and you get this. This is an otherwise fine Acura TL sedan, painted in black with sporty 5-spoke wheels.

The third generation Acura TL was made from 2004 until 2008. It was only manufactured in the United States, not in Japan. The Acura TL was based on the same platform as the fourth generation Honda Inspire.

The 3th gen Honda Acura TL was not sold in China, but some arrived via the gray market and other misty channels.

The interior with rather worn black leather seats and a fully loaded center stack. The TL had a very high tech stereo system for its day; it had eight speakers and could play: DVD, CD, DTS audio discs, CD-Audio, CD-R and CD-RW. But it could not play MP3 and MP4, which is a bit odd.

The Acura RL was powered by a 3.2 liter V6 engine, good for 270 horses and 316 Nm, mated to a 5-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual, sending horses to the front wheels.

It just needs a little bit of cleaning…
