Porsche Cayenne Is Shiny Bling In China

Porsche Cayenne

We continue on the wrapping path, with the second Porsche Cayenne of the day. Earlier on, we met a second generation Cayenne in shiny blue. Now we have a first generation car in shiny gold. I saw them both in 2013 in the Chinese capital Beijing.

The good Cayenne was wrapped in an attractive shiny gold wrap, a color popular at the time, with black windows, black alloy wheels, and matte gray B- and C pillars. The rood rails are in black too, in the same shade as the wheels.

It was a beautiful summer’s day with lots of sunshine. Still, the Cayenne managed to steal the light out of the day. So much shine! The wrap was of top quality and was perfectly applied over almost the whole car. The wrapper had a good eye for detail: the A- and B pillar are wrapped in the dame matte gray as the door handles. Good work.

The first generation Porsche Cayenne SUV was officially sold in China from 2006 until 2011. They are pretty rare compared to the second generation Cayenne, and cars in a this kind of super wrap are rarer still!
