A beautiful light blue Jaguar XJ Sport V8, seen in Beijing some six years ago. The Jag’ was in very good shape but sadly missed the Jaguar hood ornament. The five spoke alloy wheels were factory standard. A strikingly pretty car yet nobody seemed to notice. And I noticed, for the first time, the odd indicator situation, with similarly shaped indicators on the front part of the bumper and on the side.

A magically beautiful Jaguar XJ140 Vanden Plas, seen in the far north of Beijing. The great Jag’ was painted in a very characteristic wine red shade. It was in a very good shape, but in need of a little work.

One of the most beautiful cars ever made; the X300 Jaguar XJ. It was made from 1994 until 1996. The XJ6 was the base model, powered by a 3.2 liter inline six. The L was the extended-wheel base version. The X300 was never marketed in China so seeing one on the road is a rare pleasure.
